PROS:
- Mintos has a massive number of lenders on the platform, and keeps growing;
- The interest rates range currently between 6% and 22.1%;
- Mintos has excellent customer service;
- The secondary market is incredibly active;
- A healthy flow of new loans each day allows to invest large sums;
- There is a diverse range of loan types and risk profiles;
- The website offers multiple languages and currencies (including English);
- Mintos App is available for Android and Apple.
CONS:
- Some lending companies are relatively unknown, with a limited track record;
- Lending companies are differencing in quality;
- Investment opportunities are heavily focused towards the Baltics and Eastern Europe, which might not suit some investors;
- US and UK residents are currently not permitted to invest (due to regulatory reasons)
